As an artist, I pour my heart and hands into every piece. My goal is to ensure that your carefully chosen ceramics bring beauty and functionality to your daily rituals. Please read through our policy to understand how we handle returns and order issues for our Florida-based studio.

All Sales Final

Due to the small-batch, artisanal nature of my pottery, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is described and photographed with care to ensure you know exactly what you are inviting into your home.

Order Issues & Damages

Ceramics are fragile, and while we pack with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a store credit to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to make our checkout process as straightforward as possible. While shipping may be listed as free during selection, please note that the cost of secure packaging and transit is integrated into the final price at checkout. Our studio ships domestically across the USA and may offer international shipping options to select countries.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation of orders or changes in order are not accepted, If shipping address is incorrect, please email ceramicmusepottery@gmail.com to notify of change. Please note if shipping label is printed and shipped, no changes are allowed.

Nature of Handmade Items

Please appreciate that Ceramic Muse pieces are handcrafted, not mass-produced. Variations in glaze, texture, and slight organic "imperfections" are hallmarks of handmade pottery and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics are the very hallmarks of artisanal craft.
